Joseph Papp FBI File 8-21-73

This is file discusses the event where Papp turns up missing and is shot in the shoulder. Along with the planned engine demonstration to Convair. Clearly states Papp’s “explosive nature” and that he is “emotional, unstable and under emotional strain.”
